Apple is reportedly set to unveil a range of new hardware products this fall, according to Mark Gurman in the Power On newsletter. Gurman’s reports suggest that Apple is preparing to announce new MacBook Pro models, the M4 iMac, a redesigned Mac mini, and a new iPad mini before the end of the month, with a targeted release date of November 1 for some of these products. The new MacBook Pro models are expected to include low- and high-end 14-inch versions, as well as a 16-inch high-end model, all powered by M4 chips. The Mac mini is set to be smaller in size compared to previous models, with a build similar to an Apple TV box and a potential removal of USB-A ports. Looking ahead, Gurman predicts Apple will have additional products ready for early 2025, such as 13-inch and 15-inch M4 MacBook Air models, a refreshed iPhone SE, and new iPad Air variations.
