The Super Nintendo World theme park in Orlando is set to open its doors on May 22, 2025, as announced by Universal Orlando Resort. This will be the third Nintendo-themed park in the world, joining existing locations in Los Angeles and Japan. The park is expected to offer interactive areas, themed rides, and Nintendo-themed dining and shopping experiences. The expansion, known as Universal Epic Universe, will also feature attractions based on the Harry Potter, How to Train Your Dragon, and Dark Universe franchises, as well as Celestial Park, a standard amusement park with a sci-fi twist. Nintendo confirmed earlier this year that the Donkey Kong Country area will be included in the Orlando park.
