Wireless food probes are some of the best grill tools you can buy, allowing you to monitor temperatures without dealing with cables. The Meater 2 Plus improved accuracy and range, while the new Pro XL offers a four-probe system in a WiFi-enabled hub. These probes are waterproof, suitable for sous vide and deep frying, and dishwasher safe. With five sensors and WiFi connectivity, the Meater app provides estimated completion times for different cooking methods. The Pro XL is rechargeable via USB-C and promises accurate readings within half a degree. Available for pre-order at $349.95, the Pro XL is set to ship on September 12, offering an upgrade from the Meater Block at an increased price point.
