Amazon has rebranded its basic Fire TV Stick, reducing the price and introducing the new Fire TV Stick HD model with similar specs as its predecessor. The updated device can stream in full HD resolution, supports HDR, and includes an Alexa-powered remote for voice commands. It is compatible with popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and Peacock, with dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime Video on the remote. Priced at $35, it is $5 cheaper than the previous model and offers more control options. However, for 4K streaming capabilities, Amazon offers other models like the Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Stick 4K Max, and the hands-free streaming Fire TV Cube.
