Google recently introduced Gmail Q&A, a feature powered by its Gemini AI, allowing users to search for specific emails and information by asking the Gemini chatbot questions. Initially available only on Android devices, Google has now started rolling it out to iPhones. In addition to asking questions, users can find unread emails from specific senders and summarize topics found in their inbox, such as work projects spanning multiple conversations. Gemini can also be used for general search queries without leaving the inbox, accessed by tapping the star icon in the top right corner of the Gmail app. Google notes that the feature may take up to 15 days to reach all devices, available to users with access to Gemini Business, Enterprise, Education, Education Premium, or Google One AI Premium.
