The Ring 4 promises better blood oxygen sensing and fewer gaps in heart rate readings, with an estimated battery life of up to eight days. Available in 12 sizes and six colors, the Ring 4 is water-resistant and suitable for various activities, with redesigned app features including a focus on vital signs and long-term health insights.
