Users on social media have reported problems ranging from songs pausing repeatedly to being locked out of the streaming platform entirely. According to Downdetector, the issues peaked before 11AM ET, with users still encountering problems as of 1PM. As of now, the web player intermittently opens before displaying a “request timeout” screen, while the app appears to be mostly functional. The comments section on Downdetector has turned into a lively chat forum amidst the technical difficulties.
