Coming to last-gen consoles on September 17, including the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, is the highly anticipated “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.” Originally released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2023, this sequel to the acclaimed “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order” offers a third-person adventure with Metroidvania elements set in the Star Wars universe between “Revenge of the Sith” and “A New Hope.” Pre-orders are available now with bonuses for early purchasers, including in-game cosmetic items and a new blaster set. Despite some performance issues on PCs, EA is working on updates to enhance technical performance and controls. “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor” has also recently released on Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play, with the PS4/XB1 version priced at $50. Additionally, a third entry in the franchise has already been announced, continuing the trilogy tradition in the Star Wars universe.
