Valve’s upcoming MOBA shooter, Deadlock, has been the talk of the town this summer, with thousands of players reportedly trying it out despite Valve’s silence on the matter. Finally, the company has confirmed the game’s existence through an official Steam page, revealing that Deadlock is still in early development and undergoing playtesting. However, details remain scarce, with the game only accessible through invitation and no release date or window provided. With Valve now acknowledging the game publicly, more information may be on the horizon. YouTuber Tyler McVicker has described Deadlock as Valve’s next major competitive game, likening it to the next Counter-Strike or Dota.
