Luxury audio brand Bang & Olufsen is known for its high-end design and equally exorbitant prices, with earbuds and headphones typically more expensive than competitors but not astronomically so. However, the company has now announced the Beoplay H100 noise-cancelling headphones, following the success of the $999 Beoplay H95. Priced at $1,549, the H100 boasts improvements over its predecessor. Crafted with premium materials like lambskin leather and aluminum, the H100 features a scratch-resistant glass touch interface and removable headband and ear pads. Inspired by the Beolab 90 speaker, the H100 offers high-resolution audio and Dolby Atmos support with adaptive audio technology. With 10 microphones for active noise cancellation and a rotating dial for TrueTransparency, the H100 promises crystal clear calls and ease of serviceability. The headphones enter low-power mode outside the case and can last up to 34 hours on a charge. Available now from B&O stores and the company’s website, the Beoplay H100 aims to deliver top-tier sound quality and design excellence in a premium package.
