It’s official: everyone has a podcast, including the NSA with the launch of No Such Podcast, a nod to their former nickname as a classified agency. The podcast aims to bring people together to discuss the agency’s role in combat support, foreign signals intelligence, and cybersecurity missions. While the stories of the world’s greatest codemakers and codebreakers are now being shared, the podcast is limited in discussing sensitive information. Chief of strategic communications Sara Siegle emphasizes the platform will highlight expertise and government officials. Available on YouTube and various podcast platforms, the NSA released two episodes on its launch day, focusing on cybersecurity and Osama Bin Laden. Six more episodes will follow weekly through mid-October.
