Garmin has unveiled its latest smartwatch, the Lily 2 Active, which is currently the smallest model from the company with built-in GPS capabilities. This sleek metal watch features two buttons and a display that activates by tapping or wrist turn, allowing users to select activities or switch screens easily. The Lily 2 Active not only tracks sleep data like heart rate, sleep stages, stress, and respiration but also offers insights on how to improve sleep quality and monitor energy levels with Body Battery monitoring. Additionally, users can download strength workouts, yoga sessions, and HIIT routines to follow on the watch screen. One standout feature is the morning report, which provides detailed information on sleep and women’s health tracking, such as menstrual cycles and pregnancies. Compatible with the Garmin Connect app on iOS and Android, the Lily 2 Active comes in two color options and can be purchased for $300.
