To celebrate The Last of Us Day on September 26, HBO released the first trailer for season two of its TV adaptation, showcasing new characters and iconic moments from The Last of Us Part II. The trailer features Ellie, infected, the Seraphites, and familiar faces like Joel, played by Pedro Pascal. Although the release date for the new season is still unknown, HBO’s Casey Bloys hinted that it will premiere in the first half of 2025. Meanwhile, Naughty Dog is also marking the occasion with new merchandise and content for fans to enjoy. Additionally, PS Plus members can access the PS5 remake of the first game at no extra cost.
