Microsoft is expanding Xbox Cloud Gaming’s streaming capabilities to support titles that aren’t on Xbox Game Pass, with plans to allow users to stream games from their own libraries. This feature, long requested by Xbox players, will be tested among Xbox Insiders in November and could ultimately support thousands of games, according to sources familiar with Microsoft’s plans as reported by The Verge. This development follows Xbox president Sarah Bond’s recent announcement that Android users will soon be able to purchase and play games from the Xbox app, allowing for more flexibility in game streaming options.
