A Quiet Place, a movie franchise that seems tailor-made for a video game adaptation with its stealth horror elements and aliens sensitive to noise, is getting its own gaming treatment. The digital spinoff, titled A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, is set to be released on October 17. This first-person horror adventure will take place in the same world as the movies but will feature a brand new story with a new protagonist navigating the dystopian setting. Players will need to rely on their wits and scavenged tools like flashlights and noise detectors in order to survive. Developed by Stormind Games, known for titles like Remothered and Batora: Lost Haven, the game promises both thrills and chills. Available for pre-order now, early purchasers will receive exclusive in-game content and digital concept art. A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S for $30.
